Our Management Associates are good communicators who are confident and professional in their delivery. They have the ability to relate and engage stakeholders within and outside of UOB. They are also able to work well under pressure and have the aptitude to synthesise complex information and develop innovative solutions.
You will start and end the UOB Management Associate Programme at the Home Division of your choice where you will receive the intensive training. Over these 18 months, you will also be rotated to other business divisions, where you will learn about key aspects of our business, such as customer engagement, business product & process, governance & controls, and in-country corporate projects. In each rotation, you will be given strategic projects that have significant impact for the bank and present it to our Senior Management.
