Execute a scalable efficient people analytics strategy that measure people and business priorities and initiatives.
Facilitate risk-awareness culture for data through efficient and effective risk & compliance management across HR system.
Actively generate people trends and insight data analysis through standard reporting dashboard.
Design a standard framework for business process, operationalizing insight in project management, data governance, modelling and hypothesis testing.
Manage stakeholder relationship to ensure evolving the data and analytic need of various HR Pillars such as SAP Hana.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System, Informatics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
Maximum age of 26 years old.
Experience with analytics related to human resources (ex: workforce, talent, compensation, etc.) preferred.
Skilled at probing for, evaluating and synthesizing data from disparate data sources to draw interpretive insights.
Maintain a culture of high-quality output and exceptional customer service: effectively communicate at all levels, ensure that work gets done well and on time, and respond effectively to unexpected obstacles.
Self-Motivated, Target-driven.
