Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering / Management
2. Minimum GPA 2,75 from a reputable university
3. Maximum age of 25 years old
4. Familiar with Business Process, Job Analysis & Evaluation, Organization Design, Workforce Planning & Workload Analysis
5. Ability to define and analyze development need to build new development program or modify and improve an existing program
6. Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, possessing strong drive, and working under tight schedules.
7. High capable to work independently as well as a part of a team
8. Fluent in English both oral and written
9. Computer literacy, digital mindset & tech savvy is a must
