Job Description

• Handling the day-to-day operations smoothly to achieve OKR and able to give improvement on campaign & projects related to promo to retain current active user and including dormant users
• Handle A/B Testing for Promo Ideation with the product team, including then the execution for the campaign
• Ensuring all projects are live & run according to plan
• Coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure gamification user growth are in place
• Analyze & sharing the business result performance as impact of projects run to stakeholder (main: User Platform & other product) in order to keep giving improvement on the engine
