Responsibilities:

• Responsible for fulfilling current hiring needs in various roles.
• Maintain updated recruitment database on daily basis.
• Create weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Contribute ideas for employee engagement initiatives.
• Assisting ideation for employer branding program.

Minimum Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including peers, and external partners.
• Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize, multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Good in English, oral and written.
• Available for 6 months internship.
