Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end hiring needs in various roles.
• Maintain updated recruitment database on daily basis.
• Create weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Working on employee engagement activity along with Human Resource Lead.
• Working on ideation and end-to-end Employer Branding program.
• Assisting on employee & company relations along with Human Resource Lead.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fresh graduate from Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or other relevant fields.
• The ability to operate Canva or any other design tools would be a point plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including peers, and external partners.
• Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize, multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Good in English, oral and written.
