- Receiving and processing purchase orders.
- Issuing sales transaction invoices.
- Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
- Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Make administrative documents such as letters and proposals
Minimum Qualifications
- Last year student or fresh graduate from all majors
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with Ms Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working as an eCommerce admin is a plus.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
