Ensuring the implementation of the production process runs properly, correctly, and smoothly and in accordance with the applicable quality, environmental, and occupational safety & health management standards, and risk management.

Job Description:

• Ensuring the implementation of the production process runs properly, correctly, and smoothly and in accordance with the applicable quality, environmental, and occupational safety & health management standards, and risk management.
• Supervise and ensure the smooth running and implementation of the production process in accordance with applicable quality, environmental, and occupational safety & health management standards.
• Responsible for the productivity, quality, and quantity of products under your control.
• Establish a daily/weekly work program to ensure conformity with the established production plan.
• Supervise the handling of waste in the work area.

Qualification:

• Minimum education is a pharmacist, minimum GPA 3 (both S1 and Profession)
• Fresh graduate who has PKPA experience in the Production Dept is preferred
• Have experience working in the pharmaceutical industry as a Production Supervisor 0-1 year
• Have an understanding of GMP
• Good understanding of machines and production processes, quality management standards, environment, and occupational safety & health, and applicable risk management.
• Able to communicate well, creative, innovative, and able to think analytically.
• Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office).
• Willing to be placed in Deltamas, Cikarang.
• Willing to work shifts.
