Assistant legal administrative filling, submission, and or reporting of legal data (I.E , License,Permits, IP Right registration, etc)
Draft and review various agreements and legal documentations
Handling and assisting the team at various strategic corporate matters
Provide legal support to all department project and job functions
Requirements
Bachelor degree in law studies from a reputable university
Have experience as corporate legal at least 1 - 2 years
Good understanding of regulation and corporate legal
Proficient in English
