Job Description
Analyze the onboarding list leads to meet up Lazada expectations on priority and strategy
Price scrapping, assortment coverage
Contact potential customers to join Lazada and make sure it’s a valid contact and talk to the right PIC to negotiate
Enter and update customer information in the workstation
Take and process seller needs in an accurate manner
Develop simulator
Assist in Incubation
Daily, weekly reporting
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university, Business or Engineering major preferred
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the commercial field
Fluency in both English and Bahasa is highly preferred
Exceptional negotiations, analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptability to changes in a dynamic environment
Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with high ownership and responsibility
