- Draft, review, and revise relevant contracts or provide legal advice on issues arising from the procurement or operation.
- Preparing legal documents related to supply chain for Company’s business operation.
- Issuing legal suggestions or opinions on the legal compliance in accordance with relevant Indonesia laws and regulations
- Reviewing and revising the contracts with the vendors to meet the specific production and operation needs
- Providing legal support for obtaining the relevant permits, licenses, and other matters required for the factory’s opening and operation.
- Providing legal advice related to supply chain matters.
- Managing agreements and contracts related to supply chain
