Responsibilities
Responsible to handle and follow up the customer complaint by phone
Maintain good relationship with customer data based especially priority member
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, any field.
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent customer service skills, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Willing to work in shift time, weekend, and on public holiday
