KarimSyah's training program is designed to equip candidates with practical and hands-on experience imperative to developing today's increasingly complex lawyering skills. Trainees will be immersed directly in cases and projects handled by the firm, including interacting with clients, always with the direct supervision of a Senior Associate or Partner of the firm. Trainees are always encouraged to participate actively in arguments and problem-solving discussions in the cases or projects that they are assigned to.
KarimSyah's lawyers also devote considerable time to coaching and assisting teams from various law faculties in preparing and rehearsing their arguments for moot court and moot arbitration competitions held in various locations all over the world. These competitions afford young prospective lawyers the opportunity to participate in major disputes to an extent they might not have for many years in actual practice, if at all, and thus KarimSyah is willing to devote the time and energy needed to assist in this effort.
KarimSyah's broad expertise in various practices, as well as qualifications in different jurisdictions, can provide trainees with a holistic experience while in the tutelage of lawyers who are specialists in their own fields.
