Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or Industrial Technology (GPA minimum 3.00)
Proven ability in manage team production operation also troubleshooting minor machine
Perform Breakdown analysis, production planning, and also cost
Knowledge about lean manufacture, such as 5S
Understanding of HACPP, ISO, FSMS, and Halal Assurance System
Proven experience on target achievement, based on quality and quantitative standard
Experience in Continual Improvement tools and methodology such as Lean Manufacture, Six -Sigma tools, 5S Culture, Risk Management, Root Cause Analysis, Data Analysis Manufacturing, and other methodology.
Excellent in Ms. Office
Strong analytical with good judgment and a sense of urgency
Management and leadership skills
Ability to work well in a team
Excellence communication, interpersonal skill, fast response and self discipline.

Job Description
Plan, organize, direct and carry out optimal day-to-day operations.
Ensure efficient and cost-effective production results that meet order requests, specifications, quality, and planning targets through coordination and management of plant equipment, personnel, and production processes.
Prepare annual production budget, monitor progress, and determine actions for required cost issues.
Maintain compliance with environmental and quality regulations while monitoring and reporting progress and results.
Increase production capacity and flexibility while maximizing efficiency and maintaining current quality standards
Controlling operations and budgets that have been made by the management plan
Check program achievements and provide input to Management on problems that arise and what corrective actions are needed both (technology, tools, human resources, operations, etc.)
