Job Description
- Melaksanakan proses administrasi pengiriman surat tagihan atas invoice yang sudah jatuh tempo
- Melakukan pencatatan uang masuk dari setiap customer sesuai invoice setiap hari
- Memeriksa dan memastikan kesesuaian antara invoice dengan bukti setor dari customer sesuai R/ K Bank Receipt (Rekening Koran Collection) serta Delivery Order (DO)
- Melaksanakan proses pencatatan atas DO customer
- Menghubungi pihak customer untuk menyesuaikan dan memastikan kecocokan data antara penerimaan dana yang masuk dengan invoice.
