Your Assignments:
Maintain HR database including personnel records and managing HR Store documents. Maintaining co-workers daily attendance, shift schedule and working hour database system including annual leave and sick leave recap.
Being responsible to prepare store payroll & benefit process for permanent and contract employee. Being responsible do HR Database of talent resourcing.
Doing HR administrative task while ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality of the documents.
Being responsible in database analysis on supporting equipment from HR such as uniform and safety shoes for co-workers include maintain the stock limit.
Assist HR Store Lead/ Specialist and support any other different functions when needed.
Your profiles:
Understand labor law related manpower policy in Indonesia.
Have excellent documentation skills obtained by holding administrative roles.
Data and computer literate, and able to manage filling/database system.
Having intermediate knowledge in operating Ms. Office, and familiar with any other software pertinent with current industry.
Well organized and methodical in your approach to problem solving.
As you work in a store, you will be working in mixture of days and placed in Jawa Timur Area.
