Conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from internal and external data sources (Commercial Related Data & Digital Marketing Related Data) to answers business questions
Capture business requirements using various tools such as: surveys, interview, and group discussion
Distill insight from the data and give the recommendation to increase overall business performances for Brand stakeholder
Work closely with Brand Manager, Commercial Team and Digital Growth Team, give analysis, suggest new insight to grow their brand (increase traffic, basket size, revenue, repeat orders, churn prevention, cross-selling)
Perform data conversions (within internal & external) to understand or make conclusions for business decision-making purposes
Requirements
0-3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, business intelligence, or relevant functions, preferably from retail and/or digital marketing channel
Possess structured & critical thinking, with great attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with multiple (Brand) stakeholders
Good project management and communication skills
High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheet
High proficiency in SQL and Data Processing Tools (i.e Google Data Studio, Tableau, PowerBI) will be a plus
