Coordinate and liaise with other departments within Operations and external parties (leaf supplier, custom broker) in order to support leaf sourcing implementation
Ensuring leaf duration is maintained as per Duration Target by monitoring DOI, rupture, creating Purchase Order, and monitoring the shipment
Support Manager Leaf Services in a variety of projects running at global and ID level
Lead and implement improvement projects in the Leaf Services department
Participate in leaf training through on-the-job training or various formal leaf and other functional training.
Participate in Leaf projects to gain knowledge in Leaf function and business processes.
Who are we looking for?
Agriculture education background is a plus, not a must
Fresh graduate - less than 3 years working experience
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Preference to people who like working in the fields/factory/areas and traveling
Good analytical and fast learning capability
Fluent in collaboration (in global and ID level) with different sub-functions, excellent communication skills
Able to handle several different projects and task
Min. bachelor degree, open for all majors (preferable experience in Leaf, Quality Assurance or another planning area)
Excellent in Ms. Excel, Power BI and other computerized system is much preferable
