About the role

As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of a front-line team that is essential to provide the highest Service Level Agreements to our merchants. You will be responsible to monitor the reliability of our internal services and partner connectivity, to manage production disruptions that happen across the organization, to provide high-quality technical support, and most importantly, engineer solutions that help us achieve higher Service Level Objectives.

What You Will Do

• Monitoring overall infrastructure and critical system performance and availability
• Preparing and presenting reports of technical issues
• Managing and processing internal user requests
• Reporting and escalating issues to related teams
• Learning about product updates and new technologies
• Basic troubleshooting when there is a technical issue
• Researching new technologies or improvements for monitoring system

What You Will Need

• Basic knowledge in Linux
• Basic knowledge in Networking
• Strong team player, work well under pressure
• Willing to work in shift (morning/day/night)
• Knowledge in programming language is a plus
