Work closely with the cross-functional department (Engineering, Marketing, Treasury, Finance, Operation, and External Stakeholders) to define the value proposition, product requirement documentation, and go-to-market strategy.
Develop frameworks and initiatives to ensure a more efficient and effective product operational process.
Manage center of excellence projects from beginning to end and ensure all product operation processes in a timely manner
Act as a product evangelist to understand our users better and build product awareness.
Become the Scrum Master for Product and Developer Team Sprint
Requirement
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, having experience in operations is a plus.
Strong analytical skills in order to identify process gaps and improvements
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills in order to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to adapt quickly to a new and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Google Suites Tools
