Responsibilities

• Execute talent acquisition strategy for product operation needs.
• Partnering with business leaders and management team to support business objectives in achieving desired growth and expansion plan
• Working closely with product, digital marketing team to constructively improve the recruitment process
• Facilitate and meet with various partners to assess talent negotiation.

Requirement

• Hands-on experience working with external partners or talents
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
• Can follow proper workflows, procedures, and processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian
