IT Support Intern (Paid Internship) null

Responsibilities:

• Help Monitor and Troubleshoot basic network (LAN and WAN) - Mikrotik.
• Assist Installation and Troubleshooting wifi / Access Point (Unifi).
• Preparation of laptop installation for new employees (new joiner).
• Basic Troubleshooting of employee laptops (macOS and Windows).
• Help organize and monitor requests for repairs, loans, laptop upgrades from employees through the Ticket tool.
• Help manage and monitor the distribution of IT assets through asset tools

Requirements Skills:

• Fresh Graduate from Computer science or Final Year student in related major.
• Having experience as an IT intern is a plus.
• Having knowledge about basic networking topology (LAN, WAN).
• Basic troubleshooting with OS Windows & macOS Laptop.
• Has experience in using monitoring tools, alerts, incident management, IT Asset management is a plus.
• Provide 1nd and 2nd level support.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to work in office (In Depok)
