Conducting CV screening, schedule, and interview potential candidates
Documenting and keeping track of candidate profiles and assets
Providing support for People Ops team to prepare and send confirmation emails
Being exposed to a variety of projects, such as but not limited to: documentation review, tracking and updates, name cards, and other interesting projects
Sending internal Memo such as confirmation and reference letters
Building good relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the company
What does it take?
Pursuing any degree at an undergraduate level
The ability to encourage the team to discover improvement gaps, produce new insights, and bring them to life
Superb attention to detail and love digging for insights within the data
Proficient in communicating (both English and Indonesian) with stakeholders at all levels of an organization
