Responsibilities:
Lead and monitor end-to-end agreement process with all partners, including liaising closely with multiple stakeholders
Monitor agreement expiry and initiate discussion with an external partner for renewal
Handle customer contacts from direct channels, e.g. Telegram for Pelapak Community
Support the business operational tasks, such as meeting arrangements and handling the administrative requirements
Monitor the finance invoicing process (actively checking to finance regarding approval process).
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Management or any other relevant field
Have 1-2 years and more experience in related field
Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail
Proactive and progressive.
