Job Description:
Professional & Business Development Officer’s duty is to help to execute ongoing professional & business development strategy of the firm, including building the firm’s brand, developing media and communication strategy online and offline of the firm, as well as identifying business opportunities from potential clients. Professional & Business Development Officer also will help to identify and monitor members’ professional development needs and create solutions to achieve excellent performance.
Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business (International Business/Business Management/Business Administration/Marketing) from a reputable university. A degree from an international university is an advantage;
- Minimum of 2 years of professional working experience in a similar position from a reputable service-based company;
- Demonstrate impeccable work ethics with strong passion in business and people development;
- Deep knowledge and expertise in managing business processes and human capital management;
- Strong business acumen with result-oriented attitude;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Ability to work in a team, as well as on a self-directed basis;
- Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to work in a very fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with Ms. Office and various business & HR-related software, e.g. ERP, CRM, HRM)
