Develop customer-related strategies and programs (customer service, service quality, customer relations, and service culture).
Perform service recovery for complaints that occur by following up on complaints to the relevant departments and ensuring that they are resolved.
Customer surveys include distribution forms and data from customers, data analysis, and distribution of survey results to interested parties
Conduct program socialization and monitoring of the implementation of all customer relationship concepts in branches and the Head Office.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree from any field with a GPA minimum of 2.75 from 4.00.
Fresh Graduate or having experience in customer service or related field.
Good communication skills
