As a Card Operations Intern, you will be in charge of supporting the services that Aspire offers to its clients, especially related to the card related processes.
Job Description
- Support on the back-end processes of our tech platform, such as activating services for customers, process card requests from customers, invoicing of customers, etc.
- Interact with customers via phone or email, and provide solution to the customer issues
- Liaise with different departments to solve issues
- Generate new initiatives to refine operations processes and internal reporting tools as necessary
- Work with the Operations team on daily activities and special projects
- Actively contributed on accomplishing the business ops KPIs / metrics
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or Final year students from Top-Universities in Indonesia or Overseas
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written - English is main language used in the company and with clients
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, demanding environment - you are reliable and customers can count on you to do the job well
- Can focus on a task and remain attentive to detail
